IQA Services

Strengthening Standards from Within

Our Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) services are designed to support consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across your provision.

We will work collaboratively with your team to enhance quality processes without adding unnecessary administrative burden. We will work closely with your Senior Leadership Team, Quality Assurance Lead and current External Quality Assurer (EQA) to raise standards and consistency across your provision with an aim to achieve Direct Claims Status (DCS) for all of your qualifications within 12-24 months - (current risk rating dependent) We will also be available for EQA visits and support the team before, during and after these, and support with any actions or outcomes from the EQA visit.

Our IQA support includes

✔  Standardisation support for assessors

✔  Action planning and quality improvement recommendations

✔  Ongoing advisory support aligned to awarding body expectations
