Working with James as an IQA at Waltham Forest college in Hospitality and Culinary Arts has transformed the area's approach to training. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to our NVQ and VRQ programs, ensuring our internal processes are robust and compliant with awarding body standards. Feedback is firm but fair, helping our new assessors significantly raise the quality of their marking and feedback. The department have now achieved Direct Claims Status for all qualifications.
