It is intended that the learner will progress from this standard onto Customer Service Specialist.

Entry Requirements

Employers will set their own entry requirements for this course but it is recommended that learners are currently able to work towards a level 1 in both mathematics and English, currently hold a level 1 in both subjects or currently hold a level C/5 or above at GCSE in both subjects.
