The course is intended to run for a minimum duration of 12 months however we would recommend that learners complete 15 - 18 months of study to meet the course requirements.

Example Progression Routes
Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the
Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.
Entry Requirements
Employers will set their own entry requirements for this course but it is recommended that learners are currently able to work towards a level 2 in both mathematics and English, currently hold a level 2 in both subjects or currently hold a level C/5 or above at GCSE in both subjects.
