Course duration depends on the qualification. For example, Emergency First Aid at Work is typically delivered in one day, while First Aid at Work runs over three days. We offer flexible start times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends where required.

3. Can training be delivered onsite at our premises?

Yes. Most of our training is delivered onsite at your location to minimise disruption, travel time, and staffing costs. We’ll confirm space and setup requirements in advance.

4. How many people can attend a course in one session?

Maximum group sizes depend on the specific course and awarding body requirements. We’ll advise on optimal numbers to ensure compliance, effective learning, and assessment standards are met.

5. What joining instructions will participants receive?

All learners receive clear joining instructions before the course, including timings, location details, what to bring, and any pre-course requirements.

6. Where do you deliver training?

We deliver training across London and surrounding areas, as well as major UK cities including Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, and beyond. Multi-site and national delivery can be arranged.
