Who is this qualification for?

This qualification is aimed at team members who are instrumental in developing, writing and implementing food safety management systems as part of their work already, it is also suitable for learners already working in a catering background with knowledge of food safety management systems and HACCP. It is also suitable for those who own or run smaller food businesses.
